When Sam lifted Caroline up, Bo took the opportunity to get the rest of the Blonde's clothes off as quickly as possible. As she stood up, she was able to pull off her own pants, leaving her and Caroline completely naked by the time she stood. Sam was the only one unfortunately clothed - that would not do at all.
